We are a residential and commercial design company with eleven years of experience in Arizona. Over the years, we have worked with a number of contractors, and Bob Hughes is the very best. If he is working on a project, we do not worry about having a happy client. We have worked with him on a number of different projects including commercial and residential design.
Bob is always easy to work with. He responds quickly to phone calls or emails, and he is very good at communicating with the whole team including architects, designers and owners. His workers are always courteous and he holds his subcontractors to a very high standard of excellence.
Admittedly, we have called Bob about projects he is not even working on. Bob Hughes has worked for me and my associates on a number of jobs from construction of a simple guesthouse at my home to large commercial projects. I have extensive experience working with contractors on my development projects and have dealt with dozens of companies in a variety of fields.

We’ve been a new car franchised auto dealer for over 35 years. Having never before erected a new facility, the daunting task of designing and building to manufacturers’ stringent requirement wasn’t something we were eager to tackle. Design is important, but the execution of the design, complicated by very specific materials and finished, becomes the primary consideration.

Bob Hughes is a lifesaver. He stepped in to help us complete our home remodel after a bad experience with another General Contractor here in the Valley. One half of our home was completely gutted and Bob agreed to help us complete the project, not many contractors would have done that. Our project then took on such a professional edge, from making quality changes to the initial plan, each phase coming in on schedule and staying within the budget plan that Sawhorse Limited presented to us. Bob is an expert in the industry and that comes across in every thorough detail. We would contract with Sawhorse again to either build or remodel another home in the future!
