had the opportunity to work with Bob on two substantial tenant improvement
projects, and I can confidently say that Sawhorse Limited delivered outstanding
results on both.
The first project was the build-out of a 142,000-square-foot manufacturing facility
designed for the fabrication of bath components for a major supplier of
prefabricated bathroom renovations. The second involved a 119,000-square-foot
tenant improvement for a local logistics and manufacturing company. Both
projects were first generation improvements within existing shell industrial
buildings, presenting unique challenges that Bob and his team handled with
professionalism and precision.
Throughout both engagements, Sawhorse Limited demonstrated unwavering

Bob Hughes is a lifesaver. He stepped in to help us complete our home remodel after a bad experience with another General Contractor here in the Valley.
